How can I automatically create customers based on their quote request?
If you want Quotify to automatically create a new customer when a quote request or proposal is converted into a draft order you can use the field mapping feature. Visit Quotify > Settings > Field mapping to get started.
There are two types of field mapping:
Shopify customer field mapping
These fields will be used as the customers Shipping Address.
Shopify order field mapping
These fields will be used as the customers Billing Address.
From the available fields, copy & paste the tag value into the corresponding field you want to map. For example, in the screenshot below you can see how the first name is mapped:
